Stokemonkey: How hard can it be?

Hi there,

I'm a newbie, blasting in from sunny South Africa.

I'm about to spring for a Stokemonkey drive for my Xtracycle-ised MTB. I don't have a bike shop who'll know what to do with it so I'm going to fit the Stokemonkey myself.

So, how difficult is it to do? I managed fine fitting the Xtracycle - will I have trouble with the Monkey?

Cheers and thanks,

PK

I doubt you will have trouble. I don't have a stokemonkey, but i did build my ebike. If you put a bike together you can add an electric motor.

Thanks, Mr York. The only thing I've never done on a bike is pull the crank, but we all have to start somewhere, no?

Cheers and thanks,

PK
