I know this should probably be in the for-sale forum, but this is a pretty small sub-forum, so I'll post it here anyway, since it would probably be missed by everyone here if I put it in the regular for-sale forum.
I live in the Seattle area, and have built up this beautiful E-snare, with a decent full suspension MTB.

This is a serious high performance E-bike, and tops out at 40mph!!!.
It has a 5303, a 48v Kelly controller, and it is all wired up properly, and runs perfectly.
It even has a DC-converter installed with two custom CREE headlights (R2 & MC-E), which both work perfectly.
The whole thing is setup for someone about 6'0" or taller, because the saddle is mounted a little higher, to make room for the battery box underneath. The saddle height is about 31" from BB-center to top of saddle. If you want to move the box further back, in order to lower the saddle, it will require drilling new holes in the custom rack, in order to mount the box further back. Not a huge deal, if you're handy, but one needs to know this, just in case.
The rear rack is custom made, and works perfectly for the $80 Axiom monsoon panniers. There's even a Planet bike blinkie on the back.
The bike was upgraded with higher end Michelin city tires, and Planet Bike Hardcore fenders for bad weather.
Here's the problem.
The battery has been giving me some trouble. I finally figured out I have a couple of bad cells. At first I thought it was the GGoodrum BMS, but it turns out the BMS seems to be doing its job, but the battery cells in a couple channels appear to be bad.
I've decided not to spend any more time or money on this project. I just have WAY TOO MUCH on my dinner plate right now with my house remodelling, woodworking, and landscaping projects. IT'S TOO MUCH!!! It took me two weeks to find time to change out two LM431 shunts on my BMS. That's how busy I've been. I'm so worn out, I haven't been getting enough sleep either. Kids are sick, Wife is sick, and I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off.
Anyway, this was my investment.
Bike- about $450 with everything, bags and all.
Crystalyte 5303- $450.
Kelly Controller w/contactor, and converter/lights etc- $350. Actually more, I just can't remember the exact total.
THE HUGE BENEFIT....
The bike is fully wired up to the Kelly controller with REGEN braking (which really works), and motor upgraded with teflon coated 10awg wires. I used XLR connectors on everything. Wiring up a Kelly controlled system takes many many hours of time and patience, and is a very tedious task. So, if you're looking to save some time, this is your chance.
The Headway 48v/20ah battery and BMS had a total investment around $1,000. However, this I am considering breaking down and selling seperately. If you want it with the bike as-is, then I'll give it to you for a huge discount.
So, for just the bike...
Bike- $1,000. Ready to ride. (no battery)
Bike with the battery as-is- $1,500.00
If you're willing to spend the time to change out the cells, then it would a screaming deal, since I invested WAY over $2,000 invested in this project, and only about 400 miles on the bike. The battery has only about 30 partial cycles on it (at the most). So, with exception to the bad cells I got, it is also virtually new.
