e-bike winter storage

Does anyone know fi I should take any special precautions with my Trek FX+ when storing it this winter? It should start snowing here in the next month or so & I won't be riding again until the spring. this is my first time with an e-bike, so I'm not sure if I should keep the battery chargted up every couple of weeks, or just charge it up before I park it & then leave it for the duration or any other 'tricks' I should know about.

Thanks in advance,

depends what battery
in general Lithium likes to be in cool place partially discharged.
SLA must be always fully charged to prevent sulfur from build up,
