Fast ticking noise from the motor or electrics of the bike
 

I am getting this fast ticking noise from the motor or the electrics of my bike. What could that be? I remember it did hapen before and the sound just went away. never did ask the bike store what that was. Anyone heard of anything like this as today it started again. I have had the motor worked on twice. They had to replace the gears because they got damaged somewhow. We have theories as to why but don't know really.

what kit is it?
After how many km/miles your gears were replaced or after how many seasons/summers?

Oh i am so sorry the noise was from the alrm thing that sits under the seat. I realised yesterday and forgot to post about it. The damn thing does that when it is running out of power...the battery inside it....so embarrassed....thanks kindly.

By the way it was assembled by the bike store i bought the bike from. It was an ex rental and we are not sure what happened...too many theories about the gears :0) Nice to know it is not the gears making this noise :0)
