Help! need info on the lee Iacocca folding ebike
Where do I get info on this folding ebike It came with a charger no batteries and the owner didn't know anything about it.. Is there an owners manual? instructions? a user guide? I don't even know how to start it.. It's a gift for my daughter..

First off, how old is she?
Has to be 16 to ride in California AND always wear a helmet.
Second, I'm sure it's a 24v bike 2-12v SLAs (which are probably housed inside the casing).
