I put one of their 24V-350W recumbent bike models on a long tail cargo bike putting it in-between the front crank and the rear wheel using two chain loops. So far has worked for me in that application without issues. Didn't use their battery packs instead bought two 12V-20Ah LiFePO4 packs built for use in a solar power set-up and wired them together to make a 24V pack that I can charge off of any 12V power source (charging circuit in parallel and discharge circuit in series with high Amp diodes to isolate the two circuits).
I should note that using a set-up like I did makes it so you don't have to modify the bikes crank to be freewheeling and the motor is mounted up higher in the frame instead of hanging low so its less susceptible to impact or water damage but you need a long tail or recumbent bike to set it up that way or at the very least a touring frame with just barely enough room to squeeze in the motor behind the crank and in front of the rear wheel up in the frame.
