New Binox Bike
This is my new ride, well rides. The new (to me) car and the bike.
A Bionx 48 volt 350 watt system built on a Diamondback Overdrive Sport. I haven't really ridden much yet (weather) but the new system is much better then my older Bionx system. There is no vibration from the motor at all, no noise, it is silky smooth. The only issue I am having is the regen braking. Since the bike has hydraulic brakes, there is very little movement in the brake levers, which may not be enough to activate the magnetic regen switch.
Now I am trying to find GOOD lights for the bike. This Bionx system has an accessory output rated at 6 volts and 2 amps which is switched on and off at the console (yay). Everything i see on the net with decent output seems to come from Europe. Any suggestions ? I would like power for riding trails at night. A few times I lost track of the time and have had to ride bike paths of night. A tailight would be nice too.

I am almost tempted to go back to NYCEwheels (wonderful people) and ask for a reversed switch to try. There is a sweet spot for the sensor but it is hard to find.
The one thing i miss from the old display is the "load" meter that showed how much the bike was helping you or how much regen it was making. It actually helped me balance regen down hill and rechargeing.

Yes, it's a small bar display between the other bigger numbers/displays, that moves the bars higher or lower as power is used or generqatted...
