36v charger . . . is it working?

I'm getting my EVGlobal 36v sx back on the road. How can I tell if the charger is working.

The light comes on when I plug it in, however when I put a volt meter across the terminals I get nothing.

Suggestions?

Thanks

Nothing to do with the fuse. I found out that I had to test the current (amps) while having it attached to a battery. Going to Vlog it and post the link for others.

And it works . . . yea !
