Folding electric bike from China?

Hello

I am considering getting this folding electric bike from Hong Kong for $1500.00

I just do not want a copy or fake replica of some original design. Has anyone purchased any similar electric bike from china? Please advise

Based on your experience, do you guy see if this is a copy of any other genuine bike or is this a design that the Chinese came up with themselves (which is highly unlikely lol)

Id really appreciate your help

Thank you

Based on my experience with buying cheap Chinese stuff in general... 90% is total crap/garbage. There, that should get you some more opinions.

i guess you dont own an iphone, android or any other electronic device?

almost all so called high-end bikes including stromer are made in china / taiwan

I agree a lot of crap comes from China but so does a few quality products.

welcome to the global economy!

By "cheap Chinese stuff.." he ment China brand stuff.
Of course Western brands like Sony, Cannon, etc. made products in China but in what factories, what conditions with what standards.
Sony for example makes their cameras in exactely same environment in China as in Japan, same robots.
This must be explain , because people generalize here with no much sense.
China brand manufactured from inferor materials /example soft crappy steel/ in horrible conditions is something else.

Yes, there is some stuff that's made in china that is good... Like I said about 10%, and yes it's a "generalization"... So, You have about a 10% chance of any product that's made in china being any good... JMO.
