Using dc dc step up

1. I want to use dc dc step up to increase the battery voltage from 12v to 24v. how many pieces of dc dc step-up required? (150W DC-DC Boost Converter 10-32V to 12-35V 10A max output). I use 800 watt electric moped - 800Watts 32A 48V controller.

2.Can I make the connection in series at the output (DC DC Step Up Converter) with other battery? Sorry for English if any mistake

You may want to post this question on endless-sphere.com The people there are a little more capable of answering the advanced questions.
