Motor wont turn.. left in slight drizzle

Hello

First post, so my apologies if in wrong place. I got this bike couple days ago used from someone, test drove it OK.. then drove around for about an hour yesterday. Parked and went away for a few hours. It started to drizzle and when i came back, covered it up in a tarp..

However now it is not starting on accelerator. The bike powers on and other electrical functions are working. I tried again today, same response.

Specifics: Sprinter E-bike, 48v LION battery.. I can find out other details if something else is needed.

Please help...

Water + electrical equipment = problems. I guess take everything apart, dry it, remove corrosion, reassemble, hope.

we should add:
water+electrical equipment on shoddy cheap ebikes = problems.
Disconnect all connectors , look inside, blow them with hair dryier , however water could get into controller.
It is amazing how ebike designers ignore simply law of gravity
example water will just follow wires when they enter from the top and flood controllers, motors, etc.
As a rule on all my ebikes wires enter from the bottom and always with drip loop.
BTW quality sealed connectors like DELPHI cost money , Chinese know it.

It may be as simple as the battery doesn't have enough charge.
