First and foremost, people are going to assume that I am disgruntled, or mad about Dillenger and that I am complaining, and that it's insane for me to do all of this over a cheap $50 chinese rack. Let me clarify that I've already repaired my rack better than it was when they sent it to me and that I am no longer complaining... I was complaining while submitting my support tickets with them, now I simply want to inform other consumers so they can use this information to determine whether or not they want to purchase from Dillenger.

I am actually having a lot of fun doing all of this, in addition I'm learning a lot, including how to use google site's website publishing software and learning how to host a google site over a domain. I think my doing all of this is hilarious, as I'm sure you do as well

I'm doing all of this for my own entertainment as well as yours, to inform consumers, and to learn a thing or two about hosting websites.

Anyways, that said....

After Dillenger electric bicycles screwed me over, I decided to create a website to show the world how they treat their customers. My website is DillengerElectrictruth and DillengerElectrictruth It includes copies of their warranty claims, what happened to me, why the product they sent me was defective, how to repair your own rack if it breaks on you too, and a full transcript of the timeline of my experience with them.
