Garmin 800 sensors

I have the GSC-10 sensors on my mountain bike and getting ready to install the new magnetless sensors on my road bike. Is there a certain setup I should be aware of? Can the head unit differentiate between the two?

Thanks

Your Garmin will read whatever sensor you set up with the bike profile. For example when riding Domane my 800 picks up the sensors I paired with that profile and on my XO1, with the sensors I paired with that bike's profile.
