Hello i am having trouble figuring out how to add my HR Zones to Garmin Connect on the computer... If there are any Garmin geeks in here would be awesome for some help on this problem. (would make my workouts so much easier)

It used to be simpler, they've changed it recently. Used to be that your zones (heart and power) were a property of you (your profile) now they're part of your device(s).

Click this link:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/zones
Then click the link on that page that looks like this:
Training Zones

Heart rate and power training zones can be managed within device settings.

I know how to add them... It's just in a weird format and trying to figure out how to add them properly.
