where to buy plastic hoseclamps and one other thingy
Hi, all. For the purpose of attaching lights and other things, I'm looking for plastic hoseclamps, similar to the one pictured below (that one has a frame-pump peg in it, but I just need a plain hoseclamp). I'm also looking for suitable plastic plugs or bolts I can put into unused bottle-cage eyelets, in place of the metal braze-ons currently there (see bolt.jpg).
Why:
Plastic hoseclamps are lighter than metal ones, of course. Likewise, I wish to lose a few more ounces by replacing the metal braze-ons with plastic stand-ins.
Please redirect me to the proper thread, if I've overlooked it. Thank you.

The Allen head bolt can be found at any decent hardware store. I know my local Ace and Home Depot both have them in plastic as well as stainless and black steel.
Did a little searching online and haven't found the pump mount. Check around at your LBS's.
