I need help programming a Cyclometer

I have a cyclometer that I bought last year and used frequently, but when I went to use it again this year the battery was dead. I replaced the battery and now all of the settings have been erased. The instructions also seem to have disappeared to somewhere deep inside my house. The cyclometer has no brand markings, only "Set" and "Mode" buttons, so I cannot go to the manufacturers website and try to download the manual. I know how to configure the settings, but I dont know what some of them mean, for example: I know how to set time, mph/kph, and wheel size, but there is another setting that is configurable from 1-399. 1-399 what? I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated.

Pics might help identify it? My first quess on the 1-399 number would be cadence. Does it have a cadence function? Is there a magnet and sensor by the non drive side crank arm?

There is a magnet that I put on my wheel spoke and a sensor that I duct taped on there.

If there is only a wheel / fork sensor and magnet, then it does not have cadence. Not sure what to tell you. There is no model number or anything anywhere on the computer itself?

No. I got it at a Dunhams last year, and I went back to see if they still had them this year, but no luck. I can't believe the company would not even brand their own product.
