Follow cycling trips LIVE on the Internet
From now on the website www.ttsm.com makes it possible to follow cycling trips LIVE on the Internet, with GPS and a mobile phone. A recreational cycle trip, an organized cycle ride or a cycling holiday can be followed LIVE on satellite pictures of Google Earth, or, for the first time, on 3-D satellite pictures of Microsoft Virtual Earth.
Add photo’s and watch back trips
Photos made with the photo camera of the mobile phone, will immediately be shown on the website and will be added on the exact location the photo was taken. You can also watch back your cycle route, including distance, speed and time statistics. Trips of other users can also simply been watched on a satellite map.
Beneath you will find a link to a LIVE recorded cycling trip and a link to an Iframe on a weblog, to clarify the possibilities of the website:
Using the website is completely free. The only thing you need to make use of all of the functionalities of the website, is a mobile phone, GPS (already built-in in your mobile phone or with a separate Bluetooth GPS-receiver) and an Internet connection on your mobile phone. After creating a free account on the website, you can make use of all of the functionalities of the website. You can also upload tracks you logged with a GPS-device. That way you won’t be able to be followed LIVE, but you can watch back and analyze your trips afterwards. Except for cycling, the system is also suitable for other sport and recreational activities, such as running, walking or just the daily drive to work.
With this post I want to inform all of you that are interested in TTSM of the fact that since two weeks the whole new version of TTSM LIVE for your mobile phone is online, ready to download!
LIVE tracking can still be used for all your recreational activities, such as car, motor or vacation trips. However, the program focuses now more on active sport persons. Your speed, distance, time and height are all visible while you sport (on your mobile phone, also in graphs). Of course you can still be followed LIVE on the website, so other interested people can see LIVE where you are. When you are back at home, you can also watch back and analyze your trip.
Besides this all, the program is now available for much more mobile phones! Look on the 'download page' if your mobile phone is supported. Of course you can still download the program for free from our website (sometimes your provider will charge you with extra costs for data consumption when downloading or using TTSM LIVE).
We are constantly busy to further improve and expand our program. For more information about the program and availability for your mobile phone, go to www.ttsm.com!
