Ok..there must be an easier way to do interval training with a Garmin Edge 305 when doing multiple sets. Of course you can setup the Edge to clock your interval ride time and your interval rest period and you can also enter the number of reps you are doing.
However, how do you handle multiple sets of reps? Once you finish the inputed number of reps, the Edge thinks the workout is finished and stops.
