So I waited a little too long to pull the trigger on my P7 purchase (bought 3x sets of light, mount, battery+spare, charger and am selling at least one set). I went for the express shipping since at ~$62/set with it was still a steal.
However, I don't see it showing up in my account status. I realize I made the purchase on Saturday so that probably messed things up a bit if they don't do any processing until Monday, but I would think that after 60hrs since my initial payment I would at least be able to see some sort of transaction confirmation (other than the initial page with a Receipt Number). No email (save for thanks for registering), nothing when I log in.
Anyone have experience with them? Do they post all information once it has shipped or do they give a shred of hope before then as well? I think this is worse than when I worked at Moosejaw and the order status would only say "Processing" until it shipped... with no explanation of what processing meant, even if it had been 6 weeks (because inventory was off, the vendor was out of stock for a special order, and nobody did anything to refund or offer a substitute.)

They should send you an email once it has shipped. If it is back-ordered they will also send an email saying so, they will also give you a estimated time when it will be back in stock. You will be given an opportunity to cancel your order if they do not have it in stock.
I have ordered stuff and have been notified the next day it had shipped. I have also ordered and had to wait three or four days before I received any confirmation of the status of my order.
It will be in the pending status until shipped.
I was just notified yesterday my fenix mounts finally shipped after a 10 week delay.

Found the problem. Paypal is under my wife's email, the DX account is under mine. All the stuff got sent to her account and I never saw it. Looks like the flashlight mount is backordered though I might switch to a nicer mount one just to get it a little sooner but I don't want to spend $18 for all 3 to upgrade.... what to do what to do...

If it is back ordered, prepare to wait. If you need it in a hurry cancel order and order elsewhere or order what they have in stock.
