Livestrong's Daily Plate for iPhone/iPod Touch
Livestrong.com just released an iPhone app to track weight, diet and exercise, and then uploads data to the Livestrong site. The database seems to include an incredible amount of junk food but the price - free - is certainly right. It's currently available as a free download from the iTunes App Store.
