My DIY mr16
I started this last year and had it working on the bench but I never actually completed it. Finally I mounted the light and took some pictures. Basically I took a rubber drain pipe with a plug on one end and mr16 bulb on the other. I used left over seat reflectors and handle bar reflector brackets to attach it to the lamp.
I have a 12V 5AH led acid battery, I might try and mount this, but I should just go and order the water bottle battery pack.
Here are the pics.
P.S The tires are new, I just put em on and took em for a test drive right before snapping these pics. So far I love em. they are IRC smoothies.

when I built mine I found these cool ss really compact lights for cars. they were like 25.00 for two. but I went looking for them and I can't find them. https://www.truckaddons.com/Catalog/s...gDriving01.asp
here they are.
but why get that big heavy battery when now you can get a flashlight that will blow away that light for less money? I started with a setup like yours overvolted it then went to a homemade HID setup then after the hassle I bought a dinotte (G)
