BOttle holder clamp needed

I have a vintage Hercules bike that doesn't have the screws in the frame for a bottle holder. I don't want it on the handlebar like most of the mounts I see. Any ideas????

A couple wraps of electrical tape around the tubing for protection, then two , plain old, ordinary, SS screw type hose clamps were how we used to do it - a long time ago. One clamp on each mounting boss.
