Newbie looking to sweat in basement during winter !!!!

Whats the word on indoor trainers!!! what are some good ones for the money? And can you use a mountain bike and a road bike on the same trainer or are they made for one type ?

I think you will be better in the TRAINING & Nutrition forum, or road Bike forum.

In anycase, you can use your road or Mt bike on the same trainer.

You can make yourself a hangman knot while you're at it since you want to kill yourself after about 4 weeks on the trainer or roller. Pure torture.
