Scrolling display... taillight?
 
Just came up with this in an eBay search:

Its a scrolling red LED belt buckle for $12.

Now what to program in for use as a commuter taillight? :lol:

These have been around for a long time. DX sells them for about that price too, and in other colors. They're not that bright, and from more than 20 feet away they'd just look like a relatively constant light. You'd be better off with a superflash.

It's too small to see unless you're standing still and someone is standing within a few feet.

If you want bling, go get some Hokey Spokes. They're only $30 and they're WAY more bling that that dumb little thing.
