edge 500 boots to diag screen
it boots up to a screen that lists:
software version
since resent
time
temp
frequancy
xo drift x/no voltage backlight contrast altitude
mxl: [pass
ram: pass
rom: pass
tzmap: fail
sorry i couldnt post a pic cuz i lost the cable that connects to my camera.
i tried holding all 4 buttons and it reboots, but goes to the same screen.
i also deleted the newfiles folder but it didnt change.
right now, i guess im waiting for battery to die and retry then, unless someone has other suggestions.

Typically there is a Hard reset button somewhere on every electronic device. If you can find it (normally very small near the battery somewhere) push and hold it for 5-10 seconds. It should reset. Good luck.
