Simple HRM, Cadence and speed

I'm trying to find a basic cycling computer that also does HRM, something simple like the Filzer dZ4LW-C, but not as expensive as the Garmin Edge 500. Any recommendations?

Currently I'm using a separate HRM unit but it would be nice to have a combined unit.
