one MS tailight and 2 PBSF turn slightly outward, the other one is on a topeak rack and is clipped on.

I used a couple of old reflector mounts and a piece of PVC pipe. I spray painted the PVC pipe to give it a little class, unfortunately it just looks like yellow PVC now.

You guys ever have any trouble with them getting knocked around sticking out off the back of the rack?

Not so far, the wheel and the fender extrude further, so the lights never get hit with a closing door or something like that.

I removed the original mount and replaced it with a standard reflector mount. I have the other end of the mounts on each bike/stroller/trailer I have so I can just put it on with the thumbscrew (in pic). It works really well and is very simple. Attach a rack reflector mount and then screw it on!

Excellent. I'll just run over to the local Walmart and pick up a rack reflector mount today.
