MyTourbook: a great GPS data visualization application for Linux

After searching high and low to find a Linux application to extract and display data from my Edge 705, I stumbled upon a spectacular application: MyTourbook. This application so rich in features, it is hard to describe. There are screenshots on the web site that gives you an idea of what this application is capable of.

I installed it on my Samsung NF210 netbook running Ubuntu 10.10. The installation process was very easy even for a Linux newbie like me. The screens and icons look complex initially, but they are surprisingly intuitive.

I just started playing with it, but wanted to get the word out folks who might be interested. I tried all kinds of apps like GPS Babel, GPS Prune, even the garmin plugin that can be used to upload training data to sites like Garmin Connect, but nothing comes close to MyTourbook!
