YEZL MC-E Bike Lights?

Anybody got a set of these?

They seem awful cheap and interesting since you you can use drop in 18650 batteries and not rely on a battery pack, easier to carry spares around with you.

Saw these discussed on mtbr a while back. Interesting looking, but the product description info reads like it was translated through babelfish. Very confusing, hard to understand how it works and I'm not sure what's included in the purchase price. But for the money, looks like it's worth the risk to try out.
