NiteRider Minewt Mini 150-USB - how to make it flash?
I just bought one of these lights, seems to be pretty good, going to try it out tomorrow morning. I can make it go through hi/med/low by pressing the button on the battery pack, and I figured out to turn it off you need to hold the button down for a few seconds. It is also supposed to have a flash mode, but there's nothing that says how to make it flash. Anyone have one of these and figured it out?

I found out by searching around on Google. When the light is on, hold the button down until it turns off. If you let it go at that point it stays off. If you keep holding it down a few seconds longer it starts to flash rapidly.

This must work on newer models only. Mine is about 12-18 months old and it has one function only.

Yes, mine is the 150 model, it has 3 brightness settings plus flash. Rode with it the first time this morning, no complaints, it's a nice light.

thank you. I could not figure this out with my new mini 300 and i was dumbfounded that it was not covered by the online documentation nor the FAQ. It did not come with instructions other than what was printed on the box. how odd. Anyhow, I googled to no avail or more likely I was getting too many hits because I was too vague. I came to Bike Forums as I should have in the first place.

Press it once while on press the button down for 3 seconds. It turns off but keep holding it down then it should start to flash like a disco party.
