Totally fried my MAHA battery charger in Africa

Now what?
I bought a terrific MAHA AA batt charger a couple of years ago thanks to excellent advice on this thread but just fried it during a trip to Africa (jet lag and no transformer, really stupid!). I need to replace it and buys some new AAs now and hope someone here could update me on the best pairing available within a reasonable price range. I'm hoping to get something that could handle 110-240 current so I don't have to eat more crow or buy more crap replacement gear on the road.
THANKS!

I just bought a MH-C9000. I was looking at the website recently and noted that they make a variety of transformers for foreign electrical supplies. Hope that helps.

Just bought one 2 weeks ago for $48 with 4 AA's FREE shipping from New Egg, Best price I saw.

I see that the rating CURRENTLY is 100-240V 50/60Hz and says that the transformer is WORLDWIDE, which I believe means you do not need an adapter.
There is also a 3 year warranty.

I suggest you call Lacrosse and see if it's covered, hey ya never know. Give it a shot.

Thanks for these replies. I've taken the dive. New C9000 on the way with 4 free batts. International charger. I missed the super deal on New Egg but got a decent price $66 and when I did a live chat and asked if there were coupons they agreed to deduct another $10. So... about $55 delivered when the smoke (and there was some in that hotel room!) cleared. Thanks for the advice. Wish I'd gotten that to begin with back when....

Sounds good and better than most prices around.
FYI, I would still "try" to make a claim on the unit, ya never know.
