SportyPal on Andriod Gingerbread - crashing phone?
 

Last two times I've used SportyPal on my Nexus One, its crashed the phone half-way through the ride (approximately). Anyone else having this issue? I never had it until Gingerbread was downloaded.

I don't use SportyPal, but I suggest you check for an update.

The moderators on sportypal.com do check their forum frequently.

My Watchdog app found it misbehaving twice today (using too much CPU), so I killed it. That's with Froyo and the latest update. Not sure why.

I am on Froyo (HTC Incredible) and have had flawless performance so far. It must be a conflict with other apps or phone functionality. Send the issue to SportyPal, and I'm sure they'll work on it.

Which Watchdog app do you use?

Yes, could be a conflict, possibly with Google Maps. I'm using Watchdog Lite.

I posted something on the SportyPal site, but haven't gone back to check it....no response from SP tho I did have an update pending when I checked it yesterday. I was hoping to get a ride in yesterday but it didn't happen. Hopefully this afternoon.
