Mounting blinker to Osprey Biking Backpack

I have an Osprey Manta 30 pack. I recently bought a PDW Dangerzone light and it seems like the blinker light attachment point on the backpack is angled too low. I've seen people on the forum with the Osprey Manta or Raptor backpacks and I was curious if you guys mounted a blinker light to the backpack, and if so, did you mount the light in a different position?

Thanks!
