The LockBlock works, I think.
This is what I did.. First off, I got the Two Fish knock offs which are exactly the same. I ordered a lot of them so could experiment.
At first when mounted the LockBlock on my helmet, the tilt of the flashlight was two forward. This is what I did. First on the bottom, I cut off some off the bottom. That made the mount closer to the helmet as not to have the torch way up in the air. I put a piece of rubber that comes with other rear lights in front where the flashlight lays. That made the front of the torch highe. The aiming of my helmet light is perfect. However, to take it off, takes a couple minutes, and to put it back on and put the rubber spacers back in the same place takes a couple minutes. IMO, that is the only downfall. It is okay with me.. In fact, I am getting ready to go out in a few, got two torches on my helmet.. Yeah, badazz!!
I got a mini torch connect with it belt clip to part of the mount aiming backwards. It will hold, but I put a rubber band around it to hold it a little more.
That means, just on my helmet, I got 1600 so-call lums facing forward, and 300 so-called lums facing backward. Untested, but getting ready to do it now. Something else is untested too. My Nikon D5100 in movie mode.. Going to set it up for movie mode that way the manual states, give it to my wife to aim it at me while I make two short passes. Also, I told my wife that if she drops the Nikon to keep right on going.
Going to see how all this works...
