So do any of the electronic bike locks actually exist?

I'm shopping around for a heavy duty bike lock and must admit that some of these smartphone-based locks look cool. But do any of them actually exist? It seems like there are several that all essentially do the same thing, but they all still seem to be in the prototype stage.

Skylock, Linka, Lock8, Noke Ulock, Bitlock... there are probably others.

Anything like these on the market yet? And which ones are the best?

Thanks in advance.
