Handlebar accessory thingy??
Would anyone have some leads on those things that move the components off the handle bars? It is for our Garmin 800 on the stoker's bar. Apparently my butt gets in the way!
Thanks!
Thanks!

I have use a Monoura SwingGrip to hold my lights and like it very much. Dont get the SpaceGrip confused with the SwingGrip, the latter allows about 45 degrees of adjustments for the arm that holds your Stuff. They can be a royal PITA to initially attach but can be left there forever - the arm containing the Stuff can be unscrewed leaving the base attached as needed. They will mount just about anywhere, I have mine attached to the stem which keeps the lights out of sight under a handlebar bag. Some things might slip around on the aluminum arm - just tape a piece of old inner tube to it to solve that.
They are quite durable: I have had one on 2 bikes for about 5 years and replaced one once.
There is at least one more type which Seve did not list, but I cannot recall who makes it....Colleen C has one or reviewed one once, but that one was not infinitely adjustable like the SwingGrip, IIRC.

+1 on the Swing Grip, the bar is probably about 3-4 inches from the stem of whatever you mount it on. I have one and love it. I can loosen up or tilt a little to the side depending on how heavy your accessories are but it's not a big deal. They're wonderful for headlights, too.

I stack 2 stems, lower one holds a tube for my HB mount,
and if wider I could load up accesories.
you might find a second stoker stem
for your backseat Navigator's technology..
