    Having two bike computers

Is it not uncommon to have two bike computers when one does some things, and the other does other things?

I have a Blackburn Delphi 6.0 and, the Garmin Edge 200.

I bought my present Blackburn Delphi 6.0 a couple months ago, to replace one that I bought two years ago that smashed in a crash.

I received the Garmin Edge 200 for Christmas last week.

I'm going for none of the above myself. In fact I'll be stripping all computers off all bikes simply cause - the info is entirely incidental. If I was touring I might install one just to log kilometers, but even as an aid to maintenaince, I found them pretty incidental. Also found that regardless of my top speed or average speed - I always got where I was going on time.

But some people find them useful and I have no problem with that.

While that is the flipside of my question, I like how it illustrates how people become dependent on things. When they don't really need to be.
