Very simple question: do the Cateye bike computers sync with PC/Macs?

I have a Sigma bicycle computer and I use a docking station to transfer my riding stats to my Mac via their prop software. I am wondering if the Cateye (say the Cateye Strada models) have the same ability. I couldn't find anything on the Cateye website...

Thanks!
