Saw an interesting helmet light today

I saw a guy on the bike today with a rear helmet light that looked cool. It has both red and white light, and instead of blinking, the light seemed to be continuously shifting/rolling (from right to left) between red and white, so there is never a pause/off, and you always see both colors at the same time, just at different positions as they roll. It's very bright, too. Just wonder if someone here was familiar with it.
