Power meter on Road Bike Already - new purchase

Is it possible to get a road bike with a power meter already installed on it?

I know this is a silly question.

Go to a bike shop.
Pick out a bicycle.
Pick out a power meter.
Ask them to install it for you.
Pay for everything.
Pick it up tomorrow.

... or are you asking for something other than this?

on a new bike, they may give credit for the old wheel. I'm going to guess that a new bike that came stock with power meter installed would be a $10k++ bike
