Suggestions on a good Cadence sensor that work good with my Garmin 500
i have the Garmin sensor on one of my road bikes, i like to get a second Cadence sensor, would the Garmin one be best? or any others you guys recommend?

Best? They all do pretty much the same thing and work in the same way. If you want wheel sensing and cadence, the Garmin GSC10 is a good way to go. Any other ANT+ compatible sensors will work too. If you prefer or your bike/setup requires it, you can get separate wheel and cadence sensors.

I have just ordered a Bontrager cadence sensor for my Bacchetta Giro 20. Dave McCraw has good things to say about them. For me I think they are worth a shot as I haven't had the best track record with the Garmin GSC-10.
