Best Cadence Sensor for my Cervelo Road Bike

Just got a new Cervelo Road Bike
I like to get another Cadence sensor.
presently have a Garmin one on my other road bike. But just doesnt seem to have good ergonomics.

Or would Garmin be my best option.

Something that looks less cluttered on the bike, but is still effective.
