Edge 800 Birdeye maps

So I downloaded the trial birdseye map to my Edge 800, but I don't see how to view them. It shows as an active map on the device, but how do I get to it? Maybe it will become apparent once I get on the road, but sitting here in my recliner I don't see a way to display them.

go outside or close enough to a window that you can see a number of satellites. One thing you can do from your recliner is look at POI nearby. I found one I had been looking for on maps, but never saw before. I use open street maps (actually open fiets maps), so your maps might not have as many POI.

Out for my ride yesterday, I still didn't find a way to get to the birdseye view. Do you do something from the regular map screen? The manual isn't any help that I've found
