Cheap computer for indoor trainer rides

My GF recently decided she wanted to keep up on her biking by using the trainer in the garage when the weather is bad. She has a simple/cheap wireless speed computer on her front wheel and when I move the magnet and sensor to the back wheel, the signal drops out so I'm looking to get her something ultra-cheap that I can mount on the back wheel. If it can also track cadence too that'd be nice.

Any suggestions?

Some wired ones might have long enough wires. You can probably go with a cheap one, too. Usually the part of the cheap ones that actually is really bad is the mount, but if it goes totally wrong it's just going to fall on the garage floor, unlike the two computers I've lost riding in the dark (which is why I don't use them any longer).

Also, fresh batteries might help with the wireless one.

FWIW, among the inexpensive wired computers (usually Cateye) I had in the past, the ones with cadence capability also had long enough wires on the wheel sensors so that it could used on the rear wheel.
