Vastly Improved Bicycle Turn Signal Helmet
I improved my turn signal helmet from my last post. It is completely weatherproof and waterproof.

Those switches seem way too hard to push. They should be very light contact. Also I'd make them momentary and just have the flashing run for 10 seconds then stop.
Personally I think that a bicycle turn signal needs to at the very least sequence in the direction of the turn, because the lights are not far enough apart for a driver to get a visual clue from positioning what it means, it just looks like a regular old blinkie from any distance at all. But of course it's up to you what to do with it.
I would be a bit concerned about what you might have done to the safety values of the helmet.
