Moto G out in the US, almost perfect bike computer?

http://www.motorola.com/us/consumers...ys-to-buy.html

$179 buys you a fully unlocked phone with no restrictions. Since it supports GPS and Glonass, BT LE wouldn't this make for a perfect cheap computer? With a BT hrm, power, cadence/speed sensors this would be all you need right? It does not need to be activated to a carrier for GPS to work and you can download the google maps data to your phone for offline use.

Does it do ANT+? I know Galaxy S3 and S4 phones have the hardware and it's now supported in 4.3.

Battery life, waterproofness, and ruggedness would be the next desirable qualities.

I am almost positive it doesn't do ANT+ as no Moto phone does. However it does support BT Smart so if you don't have sensors already this would be a good alternative.
