Bracket to Hold External Battery?
So i didn't think I need a bracket to hold an external battery for my phone, which I use as a GPS and which I use to listen to music...I would just slip the battery into my inner jacket pocket and route the cable to my phone which is mounted on the handle bars.
However, this method, despite my attempts to add slack and better position it, has led to the destruction of 3 USB cables connectors and and even bent the connector at my smart phone (which I'm paying to get fixed :-( ). I think it has to deal with the fact that it wasn't designed to take on the whipping motion of my body moving back and forth.
I researched into options for hub dynamos and solar panels, and at this point I don't think I need them as options, mainly because the price is expensive for a dynamo + option that provides a USB connection (which is typically a front light).
I then realized that if there was a bracket for my battery charger, that I could put on the tube of the bike, this might resolve my problems. I would still use a USB cable, but the cable wouldn't be prone to the same type of whipping when the battery is on my body. The reason why I want to still use my phone + charger is that I can go all day since its a 10,000mA charger (i:e somewhat fat).
Any reccomendations? I did some google searching and amazon.com searching and I don't think "bicycle battery bracket" is really the applicable term.
These are the dimensions of the charger I have:
