BT-LE HR and speed/cadence sensors for any bike app on ANDROID only

Do you have BT-LE HR and speed/cadence sensors working with any bike app on Android?
Please list the phone, app and sensor models.

Sorry, a bit OT, but FWIW, my Galaxy S4 receives ANT+ using the endomondo app. Evidently endomondo doesn't do BTLE yet, though they've promised it.

No problem---not considering ANT+

Ride With GPS on Android supports all BT and BTLE devices. I'm one of the developers, and I've personally tested Wahoo, Polar, Powertap, Jarv and Topeak heartrate and speed/cadence sensors. Even works with a Stages BTLE power meter. Should work with any recent BTLE enabled phone, we've personally tested the Nexus 4, 5 and Galaxy S3 and S4.
