Origin8 Datastation CPT

I have the compact Datastation and it is my first wireless computer. I can't seem to get it to work. I think I have the sensor set up in the right place, but I'm wondering if I did something wrong. I can't get it to read (says 0 mph).

Poor guy.

Yeah, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you did something wrong.

It seems I did not have the sensor on the fork far enough away from the transmitter on the spoke. The instructions say no more than 2mm. The correct distance was about 4mm.
