Best Handlebar Phone Holder for a Samsung Galaxy Note 2?

Anyone can give personal recommendations on these or good brands? I'm looking to narrow down my search area.

I would definitely want to be able to see the phone's screen for GPS or info.

    Thanks in advance.

This isn't much help, I have an S3 and this is the one I bought. It holds on really tight but it doesn't fit my otter box:
Amazon.com: Bike Cycle Handlebar Mount for Samsung Galaxy S3 SCH-i535 Verizon: Cell Phones & Accessories
IGH's, Dyno Hubs, LED lights and old frames

I'm a bit worried about those that is simply a grip but need it to be nude in order to hold it. That could just be ignorance talking but it's pretty scary to be riding 20mph and potentially have my new phone be hurled to the ground without any form of protection.
